1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://determinado-d.com (the “Site”) operated by DETERMINADO & DINAMIZADOR UNIPESSOAL LDA (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About us

We provide IT marketing related information and commercial services from Faro, Portugal. Service engagements are confirmed in separate written scopes, proposals, or contracts. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a client relationship.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users and adults. You confirm you have capacity to enter binding arrangements under applicable law when requesting services.

4. Services described on the Site

Descriptions of Digital Strategy & IT Marketing, SEO & Local Visibility, Content & Campaign Production, Websites and E-Commerce Development, Analytics & Conversion Tracking, and Brand Presence & Online Reputation are indicative. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in an agreed written scope.

5. Enquiries and communication

Contact is primarily by email at info@determinado-d.com or via the contact form. We do not publish a telephone number. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to enter a contract.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, design, logos, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish substantial content without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law (including fair quotation with attribution where applicable).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, overloading infrastructure, harvesting data without consent, or using the Site for unlawful purposes under Portuguese or EU law.

10. Return Policy / refunds for services

Digital consulting and development services are custom professional services. Fees, milestones, and any refund or cancellation rules are set in the written proposal or contract for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• work already performed and delivered is payable;
• prepaid amounts for unfinished phases may be adjusted according to the contract;
• third-party costs (licences, ads, hosting) are generally non-refundable once incurred.

If mandatory Portuguese or EU consumer withdrawal rights apply to a specific distance contract with a consumer, those rights will be honoured as required by law and stated in the relevant contract.

12. Third-party services

Maps embeds and external links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

13. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly offer services to minors.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts of the Faro district (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Faro), Portugal, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that grant you another forum where applicable.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
